Contract JD/Paralegal Long-term

Corporation seeks experienced contract JD/Paralegal to manage litigation matters. Ideal candidate will have a JD and will possess a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. Individual will be responsible for all aspects of drafting, budgeting, and serving as the point person for complex litigation matters. Individual will work closely with outside counsel and service vendors. Ideal candidate will have experience in pleading, motion and petition practice, as well as discovery management, and litigation coordination.
