Large Naperville Corporation specializing in healthcare financial solutions is seeking a contract administrator or contract specialist paralegal to perform 3 basic functions: contract intake and review, auditing and maintaining general contracts. Qualified applicants will have a Paralegal Certificate OR a strong legal background and specific experience drafting and negotiating contracts. Also candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Excellent opportunity to grow with a very sucessful company. Position is a contract position with the possibility to become permanent. Salary will depend on experience.
