Do you have at least one year of experience drafting contracts?? RR Bowker LLC currently has a short term assignment - Contracts Administration/Paralegal - that will allow you to work a flexible, part-time schedule for our in-house Contracts Attorney.

?

Duties and Responsibilities include:

*? Draft and revise license agreements for electronic data products.

*? Administer Non-Disclosure Agreements.

*? Assist with sales process as necessary.

*? Maintain customer files.

*? Work with sales force on renewals and special license arrangements.

*? Filing, copy-work, and general correspondence.

*? Ability to be present in the office.

?

Education and Work Experience or the equivalent required:

*? College degree preferably in English, Business, or Legal.

*? Demonstrated?excellent writing skills.

*? One year of experience drafting contracts.

*? Proficient Microsoft Office skills required.

*? Sales, contracts, or paralegal experience highly desirable.
