Contracts Administrator

As part of the Corporate Risk Management group, the Contracts Specialist will be involved in contract negotiations and execution, company-wide.  Specifically, this person will: discuss and negotiate contract terms with DEA clients and sub-consultants, review and revise contracts, track iterations, and collect and file relevant documents.  The working environment is fast paced with short turnaround times. 

 

Qualifications:

?  Bachelor?s degree preferred

?  Minimum of three years of related experience

?  Strong negotiation skills and experience with establishing contractual arrangements

?  Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industry experience preferred
