Contracts Analyst II

This position is responsible for managing the clinical contracts process, including contract terms, budget development, payment terms, and negotiations. 

 

Responsibilities:Negotiates contracts, including confidentiality agreements, contract terms, budget development and payment terms, based on templates provided by the Legal Department and on study details provided by CRAs and CRMs.Uses database to track contract information such as correspondence, IRB approvals and contract negotiations.Assists in providing training in area of site contracts management to Clinical, with the goal of achieving consistent site contract management process across teams and functions.Prepares appropriate and timely reports on contracts and budget status as needed.

 

Requirements:

? BA/BS and 1-6 years experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

? Experience as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Coordinator or Paralegal in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Familiarity with and understanding of relevant government regulations pertaining to drug development.Familiarity with the drug development process.Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.Sense of urgency.Strong organizational and planning skills.Willingness to take initiative, flexibility, good judgment, ability to interface with all levels of management and ability to multitask.Planning ability in coordinating multiple tasks and ensuring their completion within specified timelines.
