Contracts Manager

Leading Enterprise Software provider has an immediate need for a Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in contracts, purchasing or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years drafting and negotiating commercial, IT or professional service contracts. The selected candidate will work closely with the Group Contract Manager on complex proposals or non-standard contracts through various stages of negotiation and revision and act as a liaison between consultants, Credit, License, Tax, Business Practices, Revenue accounting, and customers to resolve contractual and consulting business issues. This opportunity is slated to last 6 to 9 months with the possibility of an extension.
