Come join the Business Affairs team, which is responsible for negotiating and supporting the company's relationships with its customers and channel partners. You will support the sales force in structuring and closing transactions, working with Red Hat's and JBoss a Division of Red Hat's sales, finance and the product management/marketing teams to address customer issues, training and coaching sales teams on contracting procedures and strategies, participating in contract administration and compliance activities, etc. In addition, you will help train and lead a team of contract negotiators.

The candidate that is hired for this position will be employed by JBoss a Division of Red Hat.

Job Requirements:
BS/BA Degree required 4-6 years of experience with commercial law, and contract negotiation. Must be able to work independently and be able to efficiently manage day-to-day activities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with software licensing and issues unique to open source technology preferred.Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese helpful, but not required.
