Contracts Paralegal

Adecco is the world leader in HR Solutions. We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Paralegal to provide support to our contracts group lawyers with respect to contracts creation and review processes, as well as related projects.

Some responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, drafting and/or modifying contractual terms and conditions of internal and external staffing service agreements, review of modified standard contracts or client drafted contracts to ensure consistency with corporate policies, guidelines and standards, and assisting in the development and implementation of contract procedures for field personnel. Must be capable of working independently and as a team member. Ability to prioritize and track contract documents to ensure timely processing as well as excellent and accurate drafting and proofreading skills are essential.

Minimum requirements include an Associate's Degree, experience in a related legal field or the equivalent plus a minimum of four years paralegal experience, preferably in the contracts or transactional field. Paralegal Certification highly preferred. Please forward resume and salary requirements to
