Corporate Compliance Officer

To ensure the Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing the Company?s business activities.

?Implement and execute a long-term strategic plan for compliance at the CompanyAct as Chair of the Compliance Committee, coordinating meetings, goals and activities of the CommitteeAssume the role of Compliance Officer as deemed appropriate by the General Counsel and subject to appointment by the Board of Directors of the CompanyResearch, review and develop working knowledge of key statutes and regulations relating to the Company?s business activitiesParticipate in industry compliance groups to stay current with developments in compliance methodologies and best practicesInteract with regulators during regulatory examinations, coordinate responses to comments and findings and monitor Company?s compliance with regulationsReport compliance related issues to the Audit Committee of the Board of DirectorsParticipate on corporate steering committeesWork closely with Audit, Risk Management, BCP and IT Security to provide a consolidated risk management oversight function for the CompanyManage a team of compliance professionalsOversee compliance trainingOther duties as determined by the Assistant General Counsel and/or the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors

Bachelor?s degree required, MBA or JD strongly preferred.? Minimum 8-10 years industry experience in internal audit, legal or compliance role.
