Elite international firm with offices in center city Philadelphia is seeking an experienced corporate secretary to join their busy practice.

You must be familiar with all documents relating to commercial corporate transactions. You should have experience taking care of minute books and preparing closing binders.

You must type 70+wpm and have excellent technical skills, including blacklining. The ability to speak French is a plus but not required.

There can be extensive overtime which is paid for at time-and-a-half. You must be available to work overtime without prior notice.
