Corporate Paralegal/Specialist

Corporate Specialist Duties: Provide legal support and service relating to:

? SEC and other regulatory compliance activities, including preparation and review of the Company's periodic reports, registration statements and other regulatory filings;
? Section 16 compliance on behalf of the Company's directors and executive officers; and
? preparation and negotiation of agreements with third parties.


Requirements: Bachelor?s degree. A minimum of five years of experience providing support to corporate attorneys and/or compliance officers of publicly traded companies. Effective written and oral communication abilities and solid legal research and writing skills. Good judgment and interpersonal skills.
