Your job will involve overseeing selling agreements and other contractual agreements with all non-prop providers; coordinating with other product areas (mutual fund, annuity) and their legal departments on all contract issues; updating agreements as new products or enhancements are added; implementing procedures and policies based on regulatory requirements as they arise; acting as point person for regulatory issues with Compliance, Legal and Product Groups; monitoring QPs held long for prospectus and share class suitability issues and working with mutual fund operations to ensure proper restrictions are in place for business held at the branch level.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a Bachelor's Degree, a background in Legal/Compliance and/or Retirement Products and are proficient in MS Office. You may be required to travel.
