Corporate Security Investigator

KLR is currently assisting a corporate client located in the Northwest Suburbs in identifying a candidate (law degree preferred) for an exciting position within their corporate security department. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (Spanish) candidate eager to travel (75%). The position will involve investigation of suspected internal fraud and violations of company policy. In addition to providing professional advice, counsel and recommendations to corporate and business unit officers, the successful candidate will complete corporate security investigations, refer evidence of consideration of criminal prosecution and prepare associated memoranda and reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of insurance, contracts, criminal law and criminal practices, law enforcement procedures, accounting and banking practices, multi-state employment law, and elements of embezzlement/fraud.
