Corporate Transaction Paralegal

Transaction Corporate Paralegal needed:

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with document management software
- Ability to work overtime as required
- 1 - 3 years of corporate paralegal experience
- Four-year degree required
- ABA Certification from an approved program is preferred

Responsibilities:
- The Corporate Transaction Paralegal position provides full support to corporate attorneys including performing due diligence, managing closings, drafting transaction documents and maintaining corporate records.
- Successful candidates will have demonstrated an ability to work independently and assess clients' critical needs in order to serve as an effective liaison between attorneys and clients.
