ICO Global Communications is seeking an experienced paralegal to handle a wide range of matters. The person filling this position will assist the General Counsel with:

Preparing and filing 10-K, 10-Q, Section 16 and other Act 34 reports.Drafting and maintaining Board of Directors notices, minutes and resolutions.Administering the stock option plan.Creating and maintaining filing systems for NDA?s and other contracts.Tackling numerous other projects in this friendly and fast-moving telecommunications corporation.

Candidates must have experience in a company or law firm and demonstrable skills in handling general corporate matters and working on securities filings. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who can handle significant responsibility.
