Counsel - (SH12308)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

o Provide legal services to company, focusing on fixed income securities investments
o Review and negotiate documents for private placements and waivers, amendments and consents thereto
o Provide legal support for workouts and bankruptcies
o Provide legal support for regulation of fixed income investments
o Provide legal services in connection with new fixed income investment products
o Provide legal support for derivatives transactions
o Provide legal advice and counsel for the company business units as required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

o Law Degree from accredited Law School and admitted to practice in at least one state
o 3 to 7 years experience as an in-house lawyer in the field of fixed income securities investments, with an emphasis on private placements/or similar experience in a major law firm
o Experience in problem loan workouts and bankruptcies
