We are seeking a talented candidate with the following skills:

 

-  High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree)

-  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

-  2 years experience in a law office required

-  Ability to follow through with projects

-Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills 

-  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume

 

The position?s functions include:

- Sort incoming mail, including all summons returns and process server invoices

- Process summons being issued for service and being returned from servers

- Determine proper jurisdiction for new litigation accounts

- Reissue packages through system

- Follow up with the courts for timely return of issued suits

- Review litigation claims to be issued

- Review SPS service invoices

- Input Litigation Service information

- Follow up with Process Servers for status of litigation services

- Manage the weekly upload/downloads to and from Process Servers 

- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
