We are seeking talented candidates with the following skills:Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high volume environmentDetail-orientedComputer experience with MS Word & Excel with the ability to operate standard office equipmentGood data entry skills with ability to prioritize & multi-taskExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage high volume under strict deadlinesHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrior banking or customer service experience a plus!
The position's functions include:Process and sort incoming mail, including garnishment answers, liens, court correspondence, summons returns, marshal/sheriff correspondence and court refund checks.Process summons being issued for service and being returned from servers.Process garnishments being issued for service.Input garnishment answers, lien information, and detailed notes.Input data received from marshals/sheriffs and courts.Review SPS/SHF Service invoices.Other duties as assigned.
