Decision Support Analyst

A Decision Support Analyst will ensure demonstrably improved financial results for supported Clients through the analysis of information leading to the improvement of Clients' existing legal disciplines, practices, results, objectives, strategies and information.

Job Description:
This position will support the Director of Decision Support Services. In that capacity, this position will assist in the development of performance analytics and a related physical library of legal management disciplines, procedures, reports, metrics and analytics. This position will also assist in the review of Client legal practices and performance information to support and develop recommended improvement plans. Included in such plans will be processes, procedures, reports and metrics that support improvement strategies and objectives. The Reporting Specialist will interact regularly with those clients who purchase Decision Support Services as well as TyMetrix, Inc. internal resources to develop both the Client plans and supporting TyMetrix infrastructure.

The Reporting Specialist will also work with internal TyMetrix resources to assure the proper implementation and development of TyMetrix products that facilitate the effective application of Decision Support Services.

Duties & Responsibilities
o Analyze client information, processes and procedures
o Develop Legal Management Processes, Procedures, Reports, Analytics and Metrics for selected Clients
o Work with internal resources to develop supporting infrastructures and implementations
o Support multiple client relationships
o Build trusting relationships with customers and other stakeholders
o Determine client requirements & business objectives for products and services
o Ensure client satisfaction
o Manage client expectations
o Ensure effective communication between client and TyMetrix.
o Effectively communicate new ideas from Clients on features and products with the Product Development Team

Qualifications:
o Minimum 3 years experience as an In-House Attorney or Property and Casualty Insurer Lawyer or Matter Manager
o Legal Degree strongly preferred
o Adept at the use of Microsoft software, including Word and PowerPoint, and especially Excel and Access

- able to work closely with Sales on additional farming opportunities
