Direct Hire Case Manager

Wayne County law firm seeks a case management paralegal to assist defense counsel in settling claims and negotiating settlements in high volume automobile warranty litigation. All candidates must have earned an undergraduate degree as well as a paralegal certificate. In addition, prior experience negotiating claims and settlements is required. Primary job responsibilities will involve gathering relevant information from service managers and prospective witnesses, summarizing relevant facts and ultimately working the claim/case up for litigation. This paralegal will report directly to the senior litigator as well as the partner responsible for this business.
