A leading Houston based document management organization is seeking a production management candidate to oversee our production department in our Houston office. The ideal candidate  will be dynamic, have high integrity, knowledge of all aspects of document management, 3+ years of experience, is an adaptable & an innovative team leader that enjoy the challenge of employment within a service-based environment,  and has the ability to  quickly build credibility with the senior partners and clients.

 

Primary responsibilities include prioritizing and scheduling the workload, making decision on how to get the work done, negotiating due times, evaluating and reporting equipment service issues, evaluating staffing needs, conducting performance reviews, following disciplinary action procedures and coordinating recognition and training.  This position will supervise 8 to 10 technicians and work closely with other departments.

 

 

QualificationsA minimum of three years of  management experience in a production environment. A minimum three years of reprographics experience with extensive knowledge of both black & white, color, and large format document copying.  Have strong organizational skills and time management 

  skills that display an ability to handle tight  deadlines.Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Extensive working experience with litigation imaging, coding and electronic data discovery applications such as IPRO, Concordance, and Summation Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours as needed Ability to coordinate multiple large projects simultaneously. Ability to document technical work processes

 

 

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Running all operations of the entire production teamManage 8 to 10 production membersSetting up all document management  projects Communicating with clients and production/sales partners  regarding  project expectations and timelines Documenting project expectations in statements of work and project specifications Quality assurance of project data prior to client delivery Use critical thinking and trouble-shooting abilities to formulate cost effective solutions. Meet with clients outside the office for large project planning meetings or project tracking activities Assist Sr. Business Development Partner with  project management
