E-Discovery Professional

Top NYC law firm is expanding its litigation support group and is seeking someone with leadership skills to join the team.  Would be the number 2 person in the group. Responsibilities will include:

Coordinating, communicating with, and managing outside vendors
Develop in-house solutions for large productions
Assessing attorney/client needs and recommending technical solutions
Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of support technologies

Managing a small staff of analysts


Job Requirements:


 

Knowledge of the Federal Rules regarding E-Discovery is a must

Solid experience at law firm lit support department or litigation support vendor

Understanding of lit process and environment

Knowledge of operations including document imaging, printing, coding and electronic data processing
Knowledge of Summation and web repositories

Strong oral and written communication skills and grasp of English language

Must be a problem-solver and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
