We have two great and unique opportunities for legal secretaries/executive assistants.  Both require superb computer skills, a professional demeanor and presentation, extreme accuracy in work product, and a team player mentality.  Prior legal a plus but not a requirement.  Dictaphone a plus as well.  Both jobs are in the heart of midtown, steps from Central Park.

 

The first opportunity is with a MAJOR INTERNATIONAL FASHION COMPANY.  This position supports a senior attorney in the employment area and a director. 

 

The second opportunity is with one of New York City's LEADING ENTERTAINMENT LAW FIRMS.  This job supports the firm's senior partner. 

 

Job Qualifications4+ years' experience in relevant area at a leading law firm or equivalent corporate experience Outstanding credentials, computer skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and desire to assume immediate responsibility
