Legal Secretary - Employment Labor Litigation

Aim Hire Staffing is actively recruiting a top notch Employment Labor Litigation Legal Secretary for a downtown law firm. This firm offers great hours, great pay and benefits package. Qualified applicants will be top notch, self-starters, independent and highly knowledgeable of the Arizona litigation rules and procedures and proven ability to manage a very busy desk for a partner. Applicants must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, proven litigation skills and able to handle daily work challenges and general tasks with little or no supervision with a great attitude.Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel required.

Everyday duties include:

* Manage attorneys? calendar

* Properly docket deadlines

* Draft simple correspondence

* Effectively Communicate with clients and staff

* Revise and finalize pleadings, motions and discovery

* E-file pleadings, motions and notices, as required by Arizona Court Rules
