Excellent In House Corporate Paralegal role

Large, Chicago based organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to assist in the management of numerous subsidiaries, assist in mergers & acquisitions, and perform other domestic and international legal activities as required.
Additional responsibilities will include managing and administering all corporate entities by liasing with local management and local counsel to ensure that all required meetings, reports and filings are made in a accordance with corporate policies and procedures; assisting in the implementation and documentation of local and intercompany transactions as and when needed; assisting in the mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions as and when requested; and maintaining a corporate information database.
