Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper


Cody & Cody, LLC is a seven attorney estate planning law firm located in Quincy, Massachusetts.  The firm is dedicated to providing top quality legal services in an efficient, timely and professional manner.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team player to join our 14 person firm. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the estate planning field.


Responsibilities:

 Effectively support one of the firm?s two partners.Assist in the bookkeeping function.Manage appointment calendar and coordinate travel arrangements.General administrative and secretarial duties including answering the telephone and greeting clients.

 

Qualifications:

 Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional manner.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).Ability to efficiently multi-task time-critical projects while maintaining a high-level attention to detail.

 

Compensation:

 Salary commensurate with experience and skills.Comprehensive medical and dental plans.Company sponsored 401k plan.
