Executive Legal Assistant

A Real Estate law firm situated just west of Boston has an opening for a full time Executive Legal Assistant.  This position includes, assisting in the preparation of various legal documents including purchase & sale agreements, preparing and managing some firm billing and performing certain escrow accounting duties. This person will predominantly work with and report directly to the firm?s partner, but will also be working with and assisting others in the firm and will also have significant contact with clients, brokers and attorneys on real estate matters and will provide other administrative duties.  Candidate should have experience with the following software applications; Quicken, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer and Adobe.  Candidates should also have exceptional typing, organizational skills and be able to mange multiple projects at once.  This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy office.  Applicants MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience.  All qualified candidates please forward a copy of your resume with salary requirements.
