JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeeking a polished, mature minded professional candidate for our Legal Secretary position currently available. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel and Associate Counsel while handling all executive office functions such as preparing all documentation and presentations, as well as managing all appointments and schedules and all executive tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience & be extremely proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills are a must.Outgoing personality is required. Visio, Dictaphone, and Legal Secretarial Background strongly preferred.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with overtime as needed.
