We are seeking an experienced Word Processor to work either a 3 or 4 day weekend shift, which would include Saturday and Sunday hours. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. You will be converted to perm status and be benefited immediately after the initial 90 day temp period.

REQUIREMENTS


Prior document processing experience in a team environment

Typing 60+ wpm

Advanced skills in Word 2003, Excel 2003, and PowerPoint 2003

Experience using CompareRite

Tape transcription experience desired

Itermediate hardware/software troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of PC platforms

The ability to work independently with no supervision and to produce an accurate work product.

Excellent customer service, leadership and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work overtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES


In charge of intake, negotiating deadlines and prioritizing production.

Coordinate workflow of weekend document specialists, monitor long-term and on-going assignments, reassign jobs to available operators to ensure timely completion of documents, and ensure proper workflow procedures are followed at all times.

Assist Supervisor with reconciling data collection and preparation of reports.

Handle minor customer complaints/concerns in a timely manner and provide feedback to Supervisor.

Assure highest customer service standards and customer communication.

Provide timely and accurate document processing support to all client personnel utilizing client standards and formats.

Maintain thorough knowledge of all firm-supported software packages in order to provide maximum support.

Create and edit documents, mail merges, charts, graphs, tables, etc.

Scan and clean up documents utilizing scanner equipment and software.

Convert and clean documents from other software applications.

Assist customers with software-related questions.
