Description Our Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) practice advises corporations and their outside legal counsel on complex business matters that involve financial, fraud and forensic investigations and economic damages arising from disputes pertaining to intellectual property infringement and other various matters. E&Y is on the cutting-edge in current trends in fraud and forensic investigations and serves as a quality-focused liaison between our clients and the law. Our dynamic and talented group is currently seeking the right candidate for a career opportunity as a Senior.

Responsibilities
Work on multiple client engagement teams that assist in performing fraud and forensic investigations, expert witness services, and financial and economic analyses.

Develop/maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Collaborate to plan the engagement. Direct daily fieldwork, inform supervisors of the engagement status, and manage staff performance. Stay informed of business/economic developments and their impact to the client.

Develop people. Provide performance feedback/training, and conduct performance reviews. Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.

Commit to developing knowledge. Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. Maintain an educational program to continually develop skills.

Achieve growth. Understand E&Y's service lines and actively seek/encourage team members to identify opportunities for E&Y to provide quality services.

Qualifications

To qualify, candidates must have:

* a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance
* excellent communication and prioritization skills
* strong teamwork and leadership skills
* substantial knowledge of PC-based tools, including databases (Access) and spreadsheets (Excel)
Professional and/or internship experience in fraud and forensic accounting, and/or a CPA, is preferred. The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel.
