Must Have Experience as a Corporate Lawyer with a US-listed Company
Previous Exposure to Hospitality/Retail Industry an Advantage
Excellent English a Must

 

  We have a fascinating opportunity for a capable corporate lawyer. Our client is a fast expanding group with substantial investment in hotels, resorts and gaming centers.  Based in Macau, a charming ex-colony of Portugal, the role will be part of the senior management advising board as well as the management on legal, compliance, risk management matters etc.

  We are looking for applicants who are US-qualified with ample experience working as a corporate lawyer for a listed company. He or she will have strong language skills and a persistence in ensuring the company?s compliance of law. The role also requires an excellent understanding of the business people?s concerns and the confidence to advice senior management.
