Due to increasing business needs we are in immediate need of a Legal Recruiting & Search Consultants (RSC) in our Houston Texas office. This is a great position for a legal secretary or paralegal  who has a sales background and does not want to work in a support role.

As a Legal Recruiting & Search Consultant (RSC), you will be responsible for identifying talent through internet searches, direct sourcing as well as candidate and client referrals.  Your daily activity is fast paced and includes conducting in depth interviews, coordinating evaluations, and conducting extensive reference checks in order to match the top talent with our elite client base.Your RSC responsibilities will also include negotiating contracts, phone and in person client calls, client development, and professional presentations.

We currently have openings in the LEGAL DIVISION: As a Legal RSC, you will be responsible for identifying and placing positions  with our legal client companies.

Qualifications include:

?  Bachelor of Science Degree

? Two or more years of successful selling, customer service skills or legal experience

? Computer literate, ability to use data base as well as windows based software

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
