IN-HOUSE COUNSEL (Part time 24-32 hours)

Critical Care Systems, a national specialty pharmacy and wound care company, is currently seeking an in-house counsel for our Nashua, NH corporate office.

In this role, you will work closely with the Vice President, Corporate Counsel, management team and outside legal counsel on contract negotiations and review, corporate governance, asset sales and acquisitions, compliance issues, employment law matters, and litigation management.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating legal risks, providing legal advice, and reviewing or drafting related documents in the areas noted above. With paralegal assistance, this position will also oversee and coordinate litigation strategy and preparation, including responses to discovery requests.

Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor Degree, 2-4 years? experience as a practicing attorney, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to interface effectively with both internal and external parties, and the ability to perform all duties under minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgment.
