Corporation based in the Western Suburbs of Chicago seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney. The Attorney will manage a mix of commercial and product liability cases. Will handle discovery/depositions, case management, risk/lawsuit avoidance, and management of outside counsel.

This is a terrific opportunity to move in-house from a law firm and join a friendly group in a top company. The company has excellent benefits and is family-friendly. Pay to $110K + bonus.

Must have at least 4 years of experience as a litigation attorney with a major law firm or a corporate legal department. Must have experience in product liability and/or commercial litigation having worked cases from inception through trial. IL Bar required. Top academic credentials required.
