ISDA Negotiation / Documentation - Long-term law firm assignment

Long-term contract assignment for candidate with ISDA negotiation and documentation experience. The qualified candidate would be able to choose a base office in NY, DC, VA or another of the firm's national sites. The assignment will include reviewing ISDA schedule templates from various divisions / countries of the law firm's client company and understanding and noting differences amongst the templates; and, explaining differences and making recommendations for or against uniformity of these schedules. In addition, after completion of this project, the qualified candidate with cover a SWAPs desk with steady volume of business. This coverage will include negotiating and providing documentation with authority and accountability for all transactions. Excellent compensation. Immediate hire.
