Manpower Professional is seeking an experience ITIL contract person. This person will be qualified professional with hands on experience in the design and implementation of network, systems and/or services Management Technologies and processes. Providing strategy, assessment, design/redesign and implementation solutions in all areas of services management and ITIL. Provide assessments of client technologies used for the Management of IT services, applications, systems, storage and networks. Support the definition of Technology requirements and the selection of Service Management technologies in support of target state process designs. Contribute to and/or lead the development of client deliverables such as assessment reports, requirement documents, technical architectures/designs, operational procedures, user guides, and training plans.
