In-House Paralegal

EAC Consulting, Inc., an engineering firm, is currently seeking an In-House part-time (16-20 hrs/wk) Paralegal for its Miami office.  The In-House Paralegal will assist in the oversight of contracts, negotiations, and other matters.  This person will assist in reviewing contracts, amendments and RFP?s; negotiate contract terms; assist in drafting model agreements; coordinate legal matters; and work closely with management for the timely execution of contracts.  The ideal candidate will have experience with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the engineering field.

 

The following qualifications are required:Minimum 3 years experience in developing contracts for the provision of professional services.Excellent written and oral communications skills and computer skills.Must be responsible, well organized, self motivated and able to work closely with project team members.Excellent references.
