POSITION OVERVIEW: The Doral/Miami and Phoenix offices of Greenberg Traurig have several openings for Intake Specialists to provide team support services for the processing of new client matters and handle related issues; facilitate and monitor the workflow of new client matters through the intake program; and provide data entry using the legal software.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer at least 2 years general experience in the legal or related industry. Position requires a client services attitude and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with attorneys, colleagues, employees, and the general public. Must be highly motivated and a team player, detail oriented and data processing experience required. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced law firm environment. Must possess superior communication and organizational skills and be proficient with MS Word.
