Micron Technology's Legal Department is currently seeking an Intellectual Property licensing attorney. This position offers a very desirable combination of competitive salary, excellent benefits, and dynamic work environment in the high tech industry.

Ideal candidate will have at 2-4 years of experience in all types of intellectual property licensing and transaction issues, including drafting and negotiating technology license and development agreements, software license agreements, research and development agreements, and other IP-related contracts. Experience in trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution and maintenance also desired. Large law firm and/or in-house IP experience highly preferred.

Required Education:

JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic achievement required.
