Intellectual Property/Trademark/Patent/Litigation Paralegal

  My client is a top-rated East Coast law firm seeking an Intellectual Property paralegal for their Newark, NJ office.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of patent and trademark prosecution experience, including knowledge of foreign and domestic trademark prosecution, and experience dealing with the USPTO in all aspects.  Excellent computer skills including internet research skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Office programs a must.  Also required are excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the desire to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment.  Familiarity with litigation support technology a plus.
