Washington, DC office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP is seeking entry level paralegal to provide substantive organizational, administrative and legal assistance in preparation of materials and documents for clients of the Investment Management Practice Group. Primary responsibilities include assisting practice group attorney with (1) preparation of documents to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (2) prepare materials for Board of Trustees meetings (3) perform organizational and administrative duties related to maintenance of client materials.

Must possess excellent organization skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong research skills, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to proofread. Must have ability to work well with others at various levels and to be a team play. Ability to work overtime is necessary. Four year degree is required. Excellent opportunity for advancement.

Minimum two year committment is required.
