Spherion Legal is searching for an IP/Legal Secretary with Mechanical/Electrical background to work for a DC-based law firm. The work location is Metro accessible.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Typing correspondence

- Making travel arrangements

- Scheduling meetings

- Manage schedule of conferences

- Managing and maintaining calendars

- Excellent typing skills

- Very acurate legal vocabulary, grammar and spelling

- MS Word high efficiency

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm; 9:00am-5:30pm; 10:00am-6:30pm. Must be flexible for overtime.

Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment and heavy prosecution workload.
