Are you a born leader? Amazing opportunity as a Lead Patent Legal Secretary for top firm immediately wanted!!! Responsibilities include complex secretarial duties, administrative, calendaring, word processing and clerical support activities related to the specific work and function of Patent attorneys and legal assistants, under little supervision. Responsible for monitoring, expediting and allocating workflow for department or team while providing a high degree of leadership. Also may assist in screening, interviewing and hiring of new staff employees. At least 5 years of related experience coupled with at least 2 years of supervisory experience is absolutely required. Ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, ability to follow through projects and assignments, work independently and meet deadlines. Availability to work overtime; flexibility regarding work schedule/assignment required. Excellent benefits and a generous salary of $75k or more!!!
