Our client, a large well-known financial service organization in San Francisco, is currently seeking to hire a Legal Administrator on a contract basis. They are looking for a Legal Administrator for a contract to hire position! This position will work directly with The Vice President in the Corporate Governance Department. This is an excellent opportunity with a great company!

Legal Administrator is responsible for: Taking minutes, entering presentation and meeting notes into the database to be shared with the Board of Directors. Keeping board books cataloged. Handling all calendaring for meetings and presentations. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Corporate Goverance.
