Salary: From 45,000.00 to 60,000.00 USD per year

Spherion Legal is seeking candidates for a Legal Analyst with a large, international corporation in Reston.

Responsibilities include:
Preparing and filing complex FCC applications and related exhibits, waivers and special temporary authorizations in support of projects
Working directly with various departments and office to analyze various issues related to research projects
Due diligence & analysis of regulatory requirements related to research projects

Requirements:
2+ years Legal Analyst experience
BA/BS and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Knowledge of FCC legal, regulatory and licensing procedures and processes
Excellent legal research skills
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
Effective written and oral communications skills
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
