We are seeking an experienced Attorney with? 4+ years experience practicing law with?at least 2 to?3 years employment law experience.? Restaurant or retail industry experience highly desirable.??A brief summary of the responsibilities follows:

?Advise and assist Human Resources with legal matters related to employee relations and litigation. Assist Deputy General Counsel with the defense of employment related litigation. Oversee employment investigations and draft responses to DFEH, DLSE and outside attorneys Oversee ADA issues and lawsuits

Job Requirements:

?Minimum?4 years practicing law Minimum?2-3 years employment law experience Exceptional written and verbal English Communication skills Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization
