Legal Records Assistant

Prestigious international law firm seeks an experienced Records Assistant. Your duties will include document organization, coordination, indexing, coding, data entry retrieval support and storage of inactive matters for the Records Center.

Qualifications:
Candidates for this position must have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1-2 years related office/clerical experience. Must also be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and superb attention to detail. The ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds is also necessary.
