Legal Recruiter - Entry Level and Experienced

Legal Search Solutions, South Florida's premier legal recruiting firm is looking to add to our team! Our business continues to grow rapidly and we need to add additional recruiters.

 

We are looking for a recruiter with 3+ years of recruiting experience, direct hire experience preferred. We are open to any area of recruiting experience, legal experience a huge plus. You must be a high energy, organized and personable individual who loves to work in a fast paced environment and can multi-task - sales experience a plus as well.

 

We are also looking for a recruiting assistant. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone recently out of college who has previous work experience in an office and is looking for a long-term career. The responsibilities for this position include, answering the phones, assisting the recruiters with making candidate calls, scheduling interviews and some administrative duties. Ideally, this position will grow into a recruiting position.  You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a cheerful disposition and professional appearance.
