Legal Secretary, Commercial Litigator

Position Description: Westaff, a leader in the staffing industry for over 57 years is currently seeking a talented Legal Secretary with Commercial Litigation experience for a client in Bloomington, MN. Duties include: litigation document drafting experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and all legal secretary duties. Applicant must be comfortable working in a professional atmosphere. This is a permanent position.

Position Requirements:

+2+ years experience with commercial litigation

+Highly motivated

+Excellent legal research

+Superior written and oral communication skills

+Legal Secretary certification

+Microsoft Office experience
