We are currently seeking a seasoned Legal Secretary to set up and run our new office in Baton Rouge. This individual will be responsible for supporting our staff attorneys in providing litigation and non-litigation related services. Specific duties include: word processing, transcription, managing calendars, subpoena preparation and deposition scheduling.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

- At least 5 years of legal secretarial/office manager experience
- Self directed and takes initiatives
- Strong organizational and priority setting skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Great communications skills with a positive attitude
- Advanced PC skills
